A product and its variant (if any) are regarded as separate product submissions. For example, if you have one (1) product which has two (2) other variances, you will be considered as submitting three (3) products to the authority and thus, RM600 in total.
Our fees do not include the bureau fees of RM50 per Product Submission. Taking the above as example, the total costs of submitting three (3) products will be like this:
The standard deliverables are:
- One (1) Notification Note per Product Submission
- One (1) Product Information File (Part I) per Product Submission
Notification Note is the authorized note issued by local authority, to import and distribute your products in Malaysia.
Product Information File (PIF) is advised by the authority to be kept in your premises at all times for post market surveillance purposes.
